Functional testing is available — but never required. Here’s how it fits into your care:

  • Some clients explore testing early on, especially if they’ve already tried many things.
  • Others wait until later in the process — or never need it at all.
  • We’ll make the decision together, based on your goals, comfort, and progress.

Pacing & Support
Most clients meet with me every 3–6 weeks, depending on what feels right for their needs and goals. Between sessions, I offer text and email support — so you’re never navigating this alone.
